Because each piece is made to order, returns and refunds are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects.

Each item is carefully inspected and hand-packed to ensure its quality before shipping. We pay attention to every detail to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition.

However, if the item is damaged during transit, YaYu World is not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping carrier. In such cases, we recommend contacting the delivery service directly.

Custom and bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

Sale items, discounted purchases, and items that have been customized, resized, or used are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
