One of a kind

Konyk is a small being from the world of YaYu — restless, bright, a little daring. He came with three round treasures, holding them out like an invitation: ready for whatever the day brings.

Some beings of this world are made for stillness. Konyk is not one of them. He came in motion, and the motion has not stopped since.

I made him on a day when I needed to remember what it feels like to want everything at once. To not yet know that things end. To run because running is the point, and to look back only when someone calls your name. Konyk knows none of this is permanent. He doesn't care. He is too busy being here.

A piece of childhood that refuses to stay quiet.
